Course Description - Targets

This course aims to present the main theories of learning, language and thinking through the presentation of classic and modern experimental studies. In addition, the research methods that are used in the study of cognitive functions are presented, with an emphasis on the experimental method. Upon successful completion of the course the students should have a good understanding of learning, language and thinking and associated theories. Also, they should be able to interpret empirical data and to design simple experimental studies that address theoretical questions.
